Micro Financing/cooperatives/women-led initiatives

Questscope equips and trains community-based organizations led by women, to provide mentoring, education, job skills and financing to marginalized girls. As evidence shows, education and the ability to earn an income are powerful tools to empower young women.

Increasing the potential of marginalized girls requires tapping into the wealth of experience of adult women from the same neighborhoods. These women know their communities and the challenges young women face. Questscope works alongside these women to help put their insight into action.

The result: solutions developed for women, by women. Through women-led community-based organizations in Jordan, thousands of girls and women gained access to education, jobs skills and financing to start their own small businesses.
