I enjoy the spirit of family , coffee breaks at each floor , the passion of the teamwork especially when it comes under-pressure.
What is the most important thing you have learned during your work here?

Majdi Al Qorom
Majdi is a consultant working with Questscope. He has experience in local economic development and relief and poverty alleviation.
Questscope is unique in its approach to project design, management, and implementation. Majdi's greatest challenge is maintaining the quality of each phase in order to yield the best overall results.
His favorite book is Rural Development: Putting the Last First by Robert Chambers.
The best part about working in QS is the team spirit that makes everyone react like a big family I feel so proud when I can draw a smile on a child’s face by helping them Im married with 3 children and like things to be very simple, and Im so tolerant to everyone.

My biggest challenge here is to stick to my schedule with all the little interruptions, but I enjoy solving problems and Im proud of being a part of a team that contributes in serving least fortunate youth in the community.
